It is at this point I fall on my knees and thank the Pokegods above that Spheal can't learn Sleep Talk; the last thing we need is another one of those bloody "Fish" Pokemon running amok "FishSpheal" sounds pretty darn moronic anyway.
You do have the option of replacing Sheer Cold with Fissure or using Fissure alongside Sheer Cold, though without the popular Rest and Sleep Talk these two gambles shouldn't be quite as deadly when used as a combo as they were in GSC.
